How Our Pricing Works

3. All-Inclusive Service — Pricing includes lifting, loading, hauling, disposal, and basic cleanup.

Pricing by Load Size

Our truck is divided into price tiers, so you only pay for the space you fill:

• Minimum Load - Great for single items like a Fridge or couch. $95+Tax

• 1/4 Load - Small pile of junk, a few furniture pieces, $120+Tax

• 1/2 Load - Mid-size clean outs or multiple bulky items $140+Tax

• 3/4 Load - Larger Items, garage clearings, $160+Tax

• Full Load - Estate clean outs, major renovations, $195+Tax

• Hot Tub Removal - Starting at $350

• Piano/Pool Table Removal - Starting At $300

• Demolition - Depends on the project.

• Yard Waste - $120 per full truck. Extra Charge For Bagging

• Discounts - Discount is applied if there are item that can be donated.

Additional Charges

Some items require special handling, recycling, or disposal fees:

• Tires — Additional recycling surcharge per tire

  Car Tires not on rim $15 On rims $20 per item

  Truck Tires not on Rim $30 On rims $50 per Item

• Box Springs & Mattresses — Added recycling fee per piece $15 Per Item + Load Size

  Example - Half load of junk removed + 2 Mattresses = $160

  Example - Just mattress(es) box spring(s) Minimum Load price $95 + $15 per item

• Paints & Stains — Only accepted in limited quantities with disposal surcharge $25 + Load Size

• Service Outside Core Area — A small fuel surcharge may apply for jobs beyond our regular service area (Armstrong to Kelowna and Lumby to Predator Ridge) Starting At $35

We keep all fees transparent and confirm costs upfront.

Items We Cannot Take

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot remove:

• Fuels or oils (gasoline, diesel, motor oil)

• Pesticides or commercial-grade chemicals

• Hazardous materials or biohazards
